Founder
W. James von Tongeln, P.E. was a licensed Professional Engineer who spent thirty years in real estate and construction lending administration services and the management of engineering design, studies and construction services for diverse private, commercial, industrial and governmental agency clients. Mr. von Tongeln founded RE Tech+, Inc. in 1992 after gaining experience as a vice president and manager in a construction loan administration group of a major bank. Today, RE Tech+, Inc. continues to produce a superior work product, adhering to Jim’s legacy of excellence, integrity and expertise in his field.
